Our 24/7 nursing care begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment conducted by qualified healthcare professionals. Based on the patient’s diagnosis, treatment plan, and level of dependency, NIAC@HOME deploys experienced nurses trained to manage complex medical needs while ensuring comfort and safety in a familiar environment.

NIAC@HOME nurses deliver round-the-clock monitoring of vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation, blood sugar levels, and respiratory status. They ensure timely administration of medications as prescribed, maintain medical records, and closely observe for any changes in the patient’s condition. Early identification of complications allows for prompt medical intervention and prevents unnecessary hospital readmissions.

Our nurses are skilled in advanced nursing procedures, such as IV therapy, injections, wound and post-operative care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, feeding tube management, oxygen therapy, and ventilator or BiPAP support. For critically ill patients, nurses work in coordination with doctors and Tele-ICU teams when required, ensuring hospital-level care at home.

NIAC@HOME 24/7 nursing care is especially beneficial for elderly patients, stroke survivors, patients with neurological disorders, cancer patients, and those requiring palliative or end-of-life care. In addition to medical care, our nurses provide emotional reassurance, patient education, and guidance to family members, empowering them to participate safely in the care process.

For patients requiring uninterrupted care, NIAC@HOME delivers 24/7 nursing services through a structured 12–12-hour shift model. Two qualified nurses are deployed in alternating 12-hour shifts to ensure continuous monitoring, alertness, and consistent quality of care throughout the day and night. This model minimizes fatigue, enhances patient safety, and allows nurses to remain fully responsive to the patient’s clinical needs.

The 12–hour nursing coverage is planned based on the patient’s medical condition, level of dependency, and treatment requirements. Whether the patient needs intensive monitoring, post-operative care, chronic disease management, or critical care support, shift allocation is customized to ensure complete clinical coverage without compromise.
